Tasty Tuesday Apple Dip & Recipe Link Up

Hi friends and welcome to another Tasty Tuesday, I'm so glad you're here!!

I love a good pumpkin recipe as much as the next gal.  Really, I do.  I'll probably share my own stack of pumpkin recipes myself.  But ya'll...apples.  It's a sweet, juicy beauty that seems to be often forgotten.  Today I'm highlighting this favorite of mine that is absolutely delicious to make and enjoy snacks with throughout the week, or make an apple platter to take to your next gathering and be the hit of your friends.  You can easily dress up this dip with crushed nuts or toffee bits as well if you're feeling overly fancy.  Because this is such a simple recipe with only 3 ingredients that you most likely currently have in your kitchen now, there aren't really "in process" photos.  Unless you wanted a shot of me getting a bowl from the cabinet or attaching a beater to my mixer, there wasn't much to show.  Here's what you'll need...

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla

Mix all the ingredients with a hand or stand mixer, or your own spoon and arm strength if you've got any.
