The "New" new mrs. adventures Tour

Welcome to the new blog design friends!  I'm so excited to be back after a little break for the holidays and to come back to such a beautiful new "home".  Kelsey from Kreated by Kelsey was an absolute dream to work with, never tired of my endless questions (because I'm clueless as can be, you know), and gave me a result that was better than I could have imagined.  I can not recommend her enough if you are looking for a new design for your blog too, here's her etsy shop:  Kreated by Kelsey.

So a quick look around at some of the new features of the blog…

You'll notice at the top of the screen you'll see the "Recipes" tab.

While the "Recipes" tab has always been there, it has never been as accessible as it is now.  When you click on it now you are taken to the screen above with the categories of Appetizers & Drinks, Veggies & Sides, Soup & Salad, Breads, Slow Cooker, Main Dish, and Desserts.  Once you decide where you want to explore you are taken to a screen like this…

Here you will find every single recipe I have ever posted on new mrs. adventures, broken down into their coordinating categories.  It is finally all organized and hopefully easy to get to!!  Another new feature that has been long coming is that every recipe now has a printable version as well, you can easily find that link within each recipe…

Finally, I've saved the best for last. At the top of the page you will see a new option called "Favorites & Resources".  Once you click on that you will be taken to a page like this with the following categories…

Behind each category you will find a page of some of my favorite things pertaining to those subjects.  Some are old posts from this page, some are posts from other's blogs that I really gained insight and wisdom from and was happy to pass a long, and some (especially-In the Kitchen) are a few of my very favorite tools.

I so hope you all will have fun with this as much as I have.  More than that, I hope the purpose of new mrs. adventures is driven more than ever.  Loving God with our whole lives in complete surrender to Him.  Serving our husbands and family out of love and humility.  Creating a home that goes far beyond the walls surrounding us.  Connecting with each other to encourage and cheer each other on every step of the way.

As always, I'm so glad you're here.
