Tasty Tuesday: S'mores Pie & Link up!

Hi friends!  Welcome to another Tasty Tuesday, thanks for stopping by this week.

Next to the mason jar craze and the chalkboard craze I feel another one has joined the ranks this Summer-s'mores.  Take a browse (or few too many browses) around Pinterest and you will see s'mores everything!  So when I came up with this recipe I pieced together a few of my favorite things and decided to join the trend.  Because truly...
I love a good graham cracker crust (preferably homemade)
My Brownie Fudge pie is one of my most beloved pies ever.  I would eat it for breakfast daily if it was an option.
And anything with marshmallow on top is a winner to me.
So I combined them all and here's what came together.  I think it's love ya'll.
Here's what you'll need:
1 graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought either one)
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Large sized marshmallows

This is a very complicated recipe.  Ready?
Dump all your ingredients except for the crust and the marshmallows in a mixing bowl.
Then mix with hand or stand mixer.
Hard part over.

Pour into the pie crust and pop in a 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until the pie is set.
While the pie is doing it's thing in the oven, take your large marshmallows and cut them in half, so that you have one flat side.  When the pie comes out, it's time to have some fun.
Cover the whole pie with the marshmallows, flat side down.
If you're like me you're giddy right now.  I get it.  Calm down though and pop the beauty back into the oven for the marshmallows to melt and brown on top.  About 5-10 minutes.  Just keep an eye on it.
Happiness in a pie plate.
